How do I get started with Zohal?

Getting started is easy! Download Zohal from the App Store, create your account with email or Apple Sign In, and follow the quick onboarding guide. You'll be up and running in less than a minute.
Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Which devices are supported?

Zohal is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later. We've optimized the experience for all screen sizes, so whether you're on an iPhone or iPad Pro, you'll have a great experience.
How do I sync my data across devices?

Your data syncs automatically when you're signed into the same account on multiple devices. Just make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in, and everything will stay in sync seamlessly.
How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Delete Account within the app. This will permanently delete all your data including documents, notes, and workspaces. Alternatively, email us at support@zohal.app and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
How do subscriptions work?

Zohal offers both free and premium tiers (Pro and Premium). Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple ID settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. See our Terms of Use for full details.
